NSB November 2022 Meet Up

There’s just something about gathering with incredible women that makes the energy buzz a little louder, the laughter stretch a little longer, and the conversations run a little deeper. That’s exactly what happened at our latest New Smyrna Beach Meetup — and I’m here to give you all the details in case you missed it.

Where We Met

We got together at Bistro 424 in the beautiful Venetian Bay. This cozy spot gave us a perfect backdrop with its inviting atmosphere, great service, and delicious snacks that kept everyone happily nibbling while we chatted away. (Okay… we might’ve been chatting a little too enthusiastically — more on that in a second.)

We had the absolute pleasure of hearing from Inez Nazario, owner of Business Essentials Virtual Assistants, and wow — did she light up the room.

Inez shared her story about how creating her business has been about so much more than just building a company — it’s been about building a life of freedom and value. Her virtual assistant services help business owners offload those daily, mundane tasks that tend to pile up and drain our energy — you know the ones: the endless admin, the back-end logistics, all the “stuff” that pulls us away from why we started our businesses in the first place.

By taking those things off her clients’ plates, Inez allows business owners to refocus on what lights them up. And for her? It means she can work from anywhere, travel when she wants, and truly enjoy life — all while making a big impact.

It was one of those talks that left all of us thinking, “How can I simplify and reclaim more joy in my business too?” Exactly the kind of inspiration we love.

Let’s just say: when you gather a room full of passionate, motivated women who are there to connect, support, and uplift each other — things get lively. Maybe a little too lively. Somewhere between the storytelling, the networking, and the laughter, we caught the attention of the Bistro’s owner, who kindly let us know we were just a tad too loud.

Honestly? We’ll take it as a compliment. That’s what happens when women feel safe, excited, and connected. The energy is contagious, and that’s what makes these meetups so special.
